Usage

• Step1 Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils.
• Step2 Shake the bottle well, remove the cap, and pump until a fine mist appears.
• Step3 Tilt your head slightly forward while sitting upright and exhale slowly.
• Step4 Close one nostril and gently insert the nozzle into the other.
• Step5 Spray once while inhaling gently.
• Step6 Repeat the process for the other nostril.
