Usage

• Step1 Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application
• Step2 Tear open the plastic packet, remove the protective film from the patch, and apply it to the affected area. For delicate or aging skin, apply the adhesive side of the patch to clothing.
• Step3 The patch activates within 1 minute and heats up within 5 minutes, providing warmth for up to 8 hours. After removal, it can continue to provide pain relief for an additional 8 hours.
• Step4 After use, slowly peel off the patch and dispose of it in normal household waste. Single use only. Do not attempt to reheat in an oven or microwave. ​
