Panadol Night is an Over-the-counter Medication Used to Relieve Nighttime Pain and Aid Sleep. It Combines a Pain Reliever with an Antihistamine that Causes Drowsiness, Making it Useful for Conditions that Interfere with Sleep, Such as Headaches, Muscle Aches, Back Pain, and Cold or Flu Symptoms.

Active Ingredients

  • Paracetamol (500 mg): A Pain Reliever (Analgesic) and Fever Reducer (Antipyretic).
  • Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride (25 mg): An Antihistamine that Causes Drowsiness, Helping with Sleep.

Drug Indications

  • Relief of Nighttime Pain, Such as Headaches, Muscle Aches, or Back Pain.
  • Pain Due to Colds or Flu.
  • Mild Arthritis Pain.
  • Toothache or Menstrual Pain that Interferes with Sleep.

Dosage

Adults and Children over 12 Years: Take Two Tablets 20 Minutes Before Bedtime with Water.

Children Under 12 Years: Not Recommended.

Do not Exceed Two Tablets Per Night or Take for More than 10 Consecutive Nights Without Consulting a Doctor.

Contraindications

Do NOT use Panadol Night if you:

  • Are Allergic to Paracetamol, Diphenhydramine, or Any Other Ingredients.
  • Have Severe Liver or Kidney Disease.
  • Have Taken Another Paracetamol-containing Medication within the Last 4-6 Hours.
  • Are taking Sedatives, Tranquilizers, or Alcohol (Increases Drowsiness).
  • Have Narrow-angle Glaucoma, Asthma, or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
  • Have an Enlarged Prostate, Urinary Retention, or Digestive Tract Blockage.

In Case of Pregnancy or Breastfeeding, it is Recommended to Consult Your Doctor Before Taking any Medication

  • May Cause Drowsiness, So Do not Drive or Operate Heavy Machinery.
