Aspirin C Effervescent Tablets, 10's

Aspirin-C is an effervescent tablet that combines 400 mg acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin) with 240 mg ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It offers pain relief, reduces fever, and provides vitamin C to help boost the immune system.

Active Ingredients

• Acetylsalicylic Acid: Analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects
• Ascorbic Acid:  Supports immune function and helps reduce the duration of colds

Drug Indications

• Headache
• Dental pain
• Period pain
• Painful symptoms associated with colds 
• Reduce Fever associated with colds, flu, or other viral conditions.

Dosage

• For adolescents and adults: 1-2 effervescent tablets per dose, up to 3-6 tablets per day.

Contraindications

Do not use Aspirin-C in the following cases:

• If you are hypersensitive (allergic) to acetylsalicylic acid, other salicylates, ascorbic acid, or any other ingredient in Aspirin-C.
• If you have a history of hypersensitivity reactions to pain, fever, or inflammation medications (such as salicylates or other NSAIDs) with symptoms like asthma attacks.
• If you have acute gastric or duodenal ulcers.
• If you have a pathologically increased tendency to bleed (e.g., bleeding disorders).
• If you have liver or kidney failure.
• If you have severe, non-stabilized heart failure (cardiac insufficiency).
• If you are taking 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week.
• If you are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
