Sinomarin Children is a sterile saline solution spray made from seawater, specially designed to gently cleanse the nasal passages in children from 2 years old. It helps relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies, or sinusitis. It removes excess mucus and helps restore natural breathing.

Active Ingredients:

  • Hypertonic saline solution (2.3% sodium chloride) – helps reduce nasal congestion by drawing out excess fluid from the nasal tissues.

Usage:

• For children 2 years and above
• Use 1–2 sprays in each nostril, 2–3 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
• To use:
  1. Gently tilt the child’s head to one side.
  2. Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
  3. Spray and allow the solution to act briefly.
  4. Repeat for the other nostril.
  5. Wipe the nose or encourage the child to blow it gently.
