Dosage
Adults and Adolescents (12 Years and Older):
Apply a Cherry-sized Amount Twice Daily (Every 12 Hours).
Gently Rub into the Affected Area Until Absorbed.
Wash Hands After Application Unless Treating Hands.
Do not Apply to More than Two Body Areas at a Time.
Children Under 12 Years: Not Recommended without Medical Advice.
Use for up to 14 Days for Soft Tissue Injuries.
For Osteoarthritis, Use for up to 21 Days, Unless otherwise Advised by a Doctor.
Contraindications
Do not Use Voltaren Emulgel 12 Hours if:
- You are Allergic to Diclofenac, Aspirin, or Other NSAIDs.
- You Have had Asthma, Urticaria, or Allergic Reactions to NSAIDs.
- You are in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy.
- You Have Broken, Infected, or Irritated Skin in the Affected Area.
- You are Using other Topical NSAIDs on the Same Area.
